The NGB Distribution Center is a A-Class industrial park, located 9km SW from the city center of Bucharest and is ideal to serve a distribution center/Last mile. The Property has a total land area of +150,000mp on both sides of the ring road. The property includes the following buildings: D1-6,700mp, Building D2: 3,000mp, Building D3: 3,000mp, Building, D4: 12,000mp, Building D5: 5,500mp. All the mentioned buildings are completed and 100% rented to market leaders such as DPD, SAMEDAY, ALT EXPRESS, DRAGON STAR COURIER, PERPETUIM, GEO2000 and more.
