About This Project

NGB Logistic Park Ploiesti is located at the heart of a dynamic industrial development area in Prahova County, Romania. The project will offer build-to-suite solutions on both a lease and freehold basis for the next generation of strategic industrial and logistic operatos in Romania.

NGB Logistic Park Ploiesti is a 48 hectare site with planning for up to 146.000 of industrial buildings. The site shall be divided by the future Ploiesti – Comarnic motorway and benefits from immediate access to a motorway entrance. The property benefits from a PUZ permitting a building density (POT) of up to 60%. The property has permission to install electricity of 15 Mw and Gas with 6000 Nmc. A private water/sewage network will be delivered. The site could also provide direct access to the Ploiesti – Brasov – Curtici Rail Corridor.

The estate is 60 km north-west of Bucharest and 120 km south-west of Brasov with immediate access to the A3 motorway, Ploiesti Ring Road DN1 and Ploiesti-Targoviste DN72. The property is also less than 3km from a dense urban residential neighbourhood of Ploiesti. The location is also less than 30 minutes via car from the Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport.
